Gouri Bhatia

Legal Consultant & Chartered Secretary

Gouri Bhatia is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She a Commerce graduate from Gujarat University and holding a Bachelor degree in Law. Gouri has more than five years of experience in areas of Company Laws, Business law, Labour Laws and Corporate governance.

She started her career in 2011 with Mukund & Rohit, a Chartered Accountants in India as Company Secretary and Assistant Internal Auditor. In this role, she worked for all types of Company formation and corporate structuring, compliance with Registrar of Companies. She has served as Administration Executive with Ocean Fair International Group, DUBAI. 

She has strong communication skills with clients, shareholders, managers, directors, legal authorities and liaising with external regulators and authorities in different jurisdictions. She has ability to take on leadership roles within team and to work throughout the organisation.

She has experience of organising and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings, committee and annual general meetings (AGMs), taking minutes, drafting resolutions, lodging required forms and annual returns.
