Denny Jose is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 25 years of experience in HR strategy, talent development, and people management across India and the Middle East. His expertise spans the entire Human Capital spectrum—from talent acquisition to employee lifecycle management, ensuring impactful HR interventions across diverse industries.

Throughout his distinguished career, Denny has been widely recognized for his contributions to HR excellence. He was honored with the ‘Manager of Choice Award’ at Al-Futtaim Group for his exceptional work in Emiratization and HR mentorship. He also played a pivotal role in Employee Engagement (EE) initiatives at Al-Futtaim Group, collaborating with Gallup to drive EE strategies. His efforts as an EE Catalyst at Honda distributorships in the UAE, Qatar, Oman, and Egypt were instrumental in securing the prestigious Gallup Great Workplace Award for Al-Futtaim Automotive through the ‘Drive Magic Moments’ EE program.

Denny’s commitment to employee well-being was further recognized when he received the Adnoc Star Award from Adnoc Distribution in 2022 for successfully implementing the “100X Your Wellbeing” strategy. In 2023, he was an integral part of the Adnoc Distribution HR team that won the prestigious GCC Gov HR Award.

His extensive industry experience includes key roles such as Toyota T-TEP Program Coordinator in Bahrain and Honda People Development Program Coordinator in the UAE.
